Anne Williams is a Principal Engineer in the Water Rights group at MBK Engineers. Anne joined MBK in 2013, and specializes in drought operations, Bay-Delta activities, flow measurement, water right research, water management plans and water use reporting. Anne also continues to assist clients with water supply forecasting, including federal and state contract supplies and use of the State Water Resources Control Board's (SWRCB) curtailment database. Anne has been significantly involved with Sacramento River operations and planning for the Sacramento River Settlement Contractors and is also the Staff Engineer for North Delta Water Agency.

Anne is a registered Civil Engineer in California, and received her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining MBK, Anne worked as an Engineering Technician with the Illinois State Water Survey.
