Ben Tustison represent clients with complex flood management concerns. The support Ben provides those clients includes: serving on planning and project management teams and technical workgroups, coordinating with agency personnel, facilitating regulatory compliance, and conducting technical analysis. Ben has gained specialized expertise in reservoir operations and hydrology, which allows him the privilege of developing and leading a team of outstanding water resources engineers who focus their career paths in these same areas. He strives to offer community leadership on important topics, such as framework creation and application of hydrology and hydraulics for large systems and forecast-informed reservoir operations. Additionally, Ben maintains a management role in MBK Engineers, where he is proud to be able to collaborate with and learn from many outstanding leaders and serve a team of dedicated professionals.
Ben is registered as a Civil Engineer in the states of California and Minnesota. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has achieved Diplomate status from the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers. Ben Tustison holds a BS with distinction in Geological Engineering, and a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
