Nicole Rouillard is a Water Resources Technician/Drafter in the Delta group at MBK Engineers. Nicole joined MBK Engineers in 2024, and provides assistance to MBK's five workgroups by assisting with levee design and permitting, and supporting high quality map production with GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
