Carly Narlesky is a Supervising Engineer specializing in hydrology and reservoir operations. Carly is proficient with HEC-ResSim software and supports MBK's own Python-based reservoir operations model. Carly's notable projects include the Folsom Dam Joint Federal Project and Yuba-Feather Forecast-Coordinated Operations program, where she provided significant contributions to multi-agency technical workgroups. She currently co-leads the Yuba-Feather Forecast Informed Reservoir Operations (FIRO) Water Resources Engineering team and advises on the FIRO candidate alternative in the New Bullards Bar Water Control Manual update.
Carly enjoys volunteering at the Girl Scouts Maker Space, where she facilitates science and engineering outreach workshops. She also serves as an advisor to the Floodplain Management Association Emerging Professionals committee and the FMA website development committee.
