Walter Bourez joined MBK Engineers in 2000, and currently provides assistance to the System Operations Group. Walter was formerly a Principal at MBK, and has over 3 decades of experience providing civil engineering support services. Walter has co-authored spreadsheet models for the Frank Tract Project and the Long-Term Water Transfer EIS.

In 1999, Walter was one of two award recipients of the prestigious Hugo B. Fischer Award, given annually for achievements in computer modeling. Walter is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is a registered Civil Engineer in the state of California. Walter Bourez holds both a BS, and MS in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.
