Where would you spend all your time if you could?
In different countries helping people get food and resources they need and teaching young kids to read and write.

If you suddenly became a master at woodworking, what would you make?
An adult tree house.

How different was your life one year ago?
A year ago I turned 30, and now every time I walk my knees make noises.

Would you rather go hang gliding or whitewater rafting?
I nearly died whitewater rafting, so I would say hang gliding. I would rather enjoy a good view if I’m going to risk my life and possibly die.

What’s the best single day on the calendar?
Probably June 3rd , its World Bicycle Day :-)

What’s the best way to start the day?
A good cup of coffee and an ocean front view with a sunrise.

What job would you be terrible at?
A circus clown, because I’m not that funny looking.

What is the best part of your job?
Working with people who I now consider my friends.

How did you get into engineering?
I became a receptionist because I love people, and as a receptionist I get to interact with new people every day.

What do you do for your job?
I am the receptionist, which means I answer the telephone, deal patiently with clients (and sometimes employees), and greet visitors with a pageant-like smile while watching as you pretend you didn’t grab 3 pieces of candy for the 5th time in a row.
