Ricardo Velazquez-Garcia joined MBK in Sepetember 2026 as a Water Resources Associate in the Delta group. Ricardo has extensive experience with permitting, environmental compliance, and project coordination. He will assist the Delta group in their work with Reclamation Districts. Additionally, Ricardo will help the team with the permitting and reporting needs of levee maintenance and rehabilitation projects across the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Ricardo is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, where he received his BA in Physical Geography.
