Kyle Knutson is a Principal Engineer in the Water Rights group at MBK Engineers. Kyle joined MBK in 2016, and helps coordinates our water rights documentation and reporting, while assisting with water transfers; the development of water management plans; and coordinating a variety of special projects. Kyle also continues to assist MBK clients with the installation and certification of measurement devices, so that they comply with the requirements of California Senate Bill 88.

Kyle has gained considerable knowledge of the Klamath Project through the administration of the 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Drought Response Agency programs. Kyle also provided assistance to Groundwater Sustainability Agencies within the Tulelake Subbasin to help them comply with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.
