Brian started with MBK in 2008 and primarily works to support our reclamation district clients. His primary duties include preparing plans and specifications for levee rehabilitation and habitat enhancement projects, collecting and processing survey data using Trimble GPS survey equipment and Civil 3D, and preparing quantity and cost estimates for numerous reclamation districts in support of their Five-Year Plans and the CALFED Levee Stability Program.

Additionally, Brian has assisted with development and maintenance of financial projections and expense tracking for the Natomas Levee Improvement Program and performed hydraulic analysis in support of flood control studies using HEC-RAS.
