Tina joined MBK in 2009 and works in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta performing levee maintenance and rehabilitation projects. She also prepares U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and California Department of Fish and Wildlife permits for work on both the waterside and landside of Delta levees and coordinates and negotiates with the Department of Fish and Game and the Department of Water Resources with regard to impacts and mitigation requirements for levee work performed under the Department of Water Resources Delta Levees Program. Additionally, Tina researches and determines CEQA requirements, conducts field research on mitigation areas impacted by levee projects, and researches and assists in drafting five-year levee work plans for reclamation districts in the Delta.
