Tina Anderson is a Senior Project Manager in the Delta group at MBK Engineers. Tina joined MBK in 2009, and works in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta performing levee maintenance and rehabilitation projects. As part of her duties, Tina prepares U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; Regional Water Quality Control Board; and California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) permits for work on both the waterside and landside of Delta levees. Tina also provides coordination and negotiation assistance between federal, state, and/or local agencies when needed. This work includes coordination and negotiation with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and CDFW, regarding impacts and mitigation requirements for levee work performed under the DWR Delta Levees Program.
Additionally, Tina researches and determines California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements, conducts field research on mitigation areas impacted by levee projects, and researches and assists in the drafting of five-year levee work plans for reclamation districts in the Delta.
